Partners

Craig B. Marshall

Craig B. Marshall is the managing partner of the firm and has extensive experience in all aspects of personal injury litigation from pleadings through trial. As an aggressive, forward-thinking attorney, he has developed the firm’s no-fault practice to where it is today and is in charge of all No Fault litigation and arbitration.

Craig has represented carriers in arbitration and in court in Westchester, New York City, and Long Island; and has lectured to carriers on all No Fault issues. He has also been a New York State Bar Association and American Arbitration Association speaker and lecturer.

Craig is admitted to the New York State Bar; and is a member of the American, New York State, and local bar associations.

Jeffrey Kadushin

Jeffrey Kadushin, a former assistant district attorney in Kings County, joined Marshall & Marshall, PLLC in 2002.

A seasoned trial attorney noted for his even-keeled style, Jeffrey has practiced insurance defense for over 30 years, and has extensive experience in the defense of matters involving automobile liability, premises liability, coverage disputes, uninsured motorist/supplemental uninsured motorist, and no fault.

He is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts, as well as the US District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts.

Associates

Barbara Carabell

Barbara Carabell joined Marshall & Marshall, PLLC in 2002 as an associate, and brings a wealth of experience to her role handling no-fault litigations and arbitrations.

Prior to that, she spent two years defending no-fault claims on behalf of a major metropolitan area auto insurance carrier. Barbara had previously amassed over 20 years of personal injury litigation experience in all aspects of negligence matters, representing both municipal clients and insurance carriers.

She is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as the US District Courts for both the Southern and Eastern Districts.

Danielle Medeiros

Danielle Medeiros joined Marshall & Marshall, PLLC as an associate in 2013. After graduating from Siena College in 2009, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Danielle went on to New York Law School where she received her Juris Doctor in 2013.

While in law school, Danielle interned at the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office, served as a judicial law clerk in Nassau County Supreme Court, and participated in New York Legal Assistance Group’s Domestic Violence Clinic.

She is admitted to practice in New York and specializes in the handling of no-fault litigations and arbitrations. Danielle is a member of the Nassau County, New York State, and American Bar Associations.

Naim M. Peress

Naim M. Peress has been with Marshall & Marshall, PLLC as an associate since 2014. Naim graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995 with a Bachelor’s degree in History and then received his Juris Doctor in 1998 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

He has over ten years of experience in no-fault work and over five years of experience in bodily injury law. Naim is admitted to practice law in New York State as well as the US District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts.
