Naim M. Peress
, a former assistant district attorney in Kings County,
joined Marshall & Marshall, PLLC as an associate in 2002. A seasoned trial attorney
noted for his even-keeled style, Jeffrey has practiced insurance defense for
over 15 years, and has extensive experience in the defense of matters involving
automobile liability, premises liability, coverage disputes, uninsured
motorist/supplemental uninsured motorist, and no fault. He is admitted to
practice in the New York State Courts, as well as the US District Courts for the
Southern and Eastern Districts.

arbitrations. Prior to that, she spent two years defending no-fault claims on
behalf of a major metropolitan area auto insurance carrier. Barbara had
previously amassed over 20 years of personal injury litigation experience in all
aspects of negligence matters, representing both municipal clients and insurance
carriers. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as the US
District Courts for both the Southern and Eastern Districts.

After graduating from Siena College in 2009, with a Bachelorís degree in Psychology, Danielle went on to New York Law School where she received her Juris Doctor in 2013. While in law school, Danielle interned at the Nassau County District Attorney's Office, served as a judicial law clerk in Nassau County Supreme Court, and participated in New York Legal Assistance Group's Domestic Violence Clinic. She is admitted to practice in New York and specializes in the handling of no-fault litigations and arbitrations. Danielle is a member of the Nassau County, New York State, and American Bar Associations.
